Zach is a Mathematics Educator and leads INNODEMS educational strategy on inclusive education systems and achieving data-informed learning outcomes. He has spent most of his career based in classroom teaching and learning with young people 5-18+, for most of that time working in school improvement and learning resource development in parallel.

He has assisted over 3,000 teachers in improving the standard of mathematics teaching and learning in Kenya and other African countries. He is passionate about every learner’s potential to engage in mathematics in meaningful, exciting and satisfying ways.
